Biography

Voices murmured over his head, as he hunkered down and clung tightly to his pearl, eyes shut tight. He tried not to listen but was curious despite himself. One word in particular rang in his head.

"Brother."

He cracked one eye open and peered up at a long-necked skydancer, draped in bones and feathers, with a leafy staff draped across one shoulder. His eyes glowed with mystical energy that seemed to move and sparkle like fire. His head was cocked curiously, as he examined the small hatchling, the energy ripples dancing and flowing about his antlers.

"You are my brother."

The hatchling opened the other eye and looked around at the several dragon faces looking at him, and was somewhat relieved that none of them carried any malice in their eyes.

"I am?"

"Yes. I will explain more, but for now, know that you are welcome here, at Clan Sunfeather. I am Hex, and you are safe."
