Biography
She awoke one afternoon, to the sun shinning in her face. Temporarily blinding her before she adjusted to her surroundings. she looked around, not knowing where she was or even WHO she was for that matter. Where had she come from? What was she doing?
She didn't know. She didn't even know her own name, which was one of the hardest things for her to deal with at the moment. She was... no one. She didn't know where she was, all she knew was that it was cold. She could see the snow falling outside, and the sky turning an orange color. She stood up, and fell right back over. She was like a wobbly newborn. But with out her parents to help her up again. That was another thing. "Where were they?" She wondered. She got up again, more successful this time, and wandered out of the cave she had woke up in.
The air was even cooler outside, almost unbearable. she continued to wander and wonder, from Flight to flight, trying to find where she belonged. No one would give her a chance to even speak before walking away, other's ignored her existence entirely. She couldn't fly well, so most of the time her life was threatened by gigantic dragons not paying attention to her.
Eventually, she started to get exhausted. Hungry, lonely, and even more lost then when she began. She had learned nothing about herself on her journey, and began to think she would never find out. She became sick, and weak, and tired. It had been days, no, weeks maybe? since she had left the cave she woke up in. Scavenging for food was a challenge in its self, most of the time she didn't bother with it at all and just kept walking. After a long long time after she left her lair in the frozen cool of the Ice flight, she found herself in the Lightning flight. It was practically a hustling and bustling city of inventions, everything towered over her. But even here, no one payed any attention to her and her now tattered wings. She was to weak to even lift them off the ground now.
Not paying attention to where she was going, suddenly....she ran into a much larger Wildclaw. He stared down at her tiny form and an evil grin spread across his face. She looked up at him, his sharp teeth and peering eyes. She wasn't afraid. Actually she didn't feel...anything. She just stared up at him blankly and tried to walk around him.
"Whoa whoa whoa, honey. where're you going?" He said, stepping in the way of her path once again. She didn't say a word. Just kept trying to get passed him.
he wouldn't let her past, for some strange reason. What ever his intention, she didn't like it.
And this, was the first time any one had given her the slightest bit of attention since she had woke up in an unfamiliar place so many weeks ago.
"Is there a problem here?" The wild claw and the fae looked over. Beside them, a new figure suddenly decided to join the party. A Nocturne. He was bright, and gaudy. She instantly didn't like him.
"no problem here, right?" The wild claw said, tapping the fae with his toe. It knocked her over, flat on her butt. The nocturne looked down at her and then back at the wild claw, unimpressed.
"Right...... Well, if there's no problem, you wouldn't mind getting out of the young lady's way?"
The wildclaw stared at him for a moment. Other dragons had started to take notice and stare at the scene. ".....of course not." He walked away, leaving the tiny fae and gaudy nocturne.
"welp, there you go~" He smiles down at her. She stood, and kept walking. "ah, hey! don't i even get a thank you?" he asked, following after her.
"oh great, now i have a stalker" She thought.
"My name is Comus. how about yours?" she didn't answer him. Just kept her eyes forward. "Don't you got a name?" He continued. until finally, she replied.
"......i don't know. I can't remember my name. " Her voice was almost monotone, depleted of all emotions.
"what do you mean you don't remember?"
"i just don't remember." She stated bluntly. "I don't remember anything."
"whoa wait, then you shouldn't be wandering around like this, where are you going? Do you know where your family is?"
"Why do you care."
"Because maybe i can help you" After he said this, the fae stopped. and turned toward him. she looked up, with her small blank expression. "really?"
"Yeah, really. I'd like to try to help you out. "
She stared at him in silence. Until finally opening her mouth again. "what did you say your name was?"
He gave her a big dorky smile "Comus. And what are we going to do about your name?"
"what about my name."
"You don't have one. Well, you don't remember it. what should i call you?"
".....i don't know."
The nocturne looked her over for awhile, walking around her in circles.
"what are you doing." she asked.
"Sarin." He finally said.
"what?" she stared at him blankly once again.
"That's your name, it's Sarin! Pretty cute, huh?"
She thought about the name for a moment "sa...rin...."
The fae had a name now. Even if it wasn't her birth name, it was her's and her's alone. And maybe, just maybe, she had a friend. A friend that could help her find her true past, and even, give her a future.
