Whisper once lived as a rogue liberator, going anywhere he had heard there was oppression. Most of his warriors were freed by him and they are fiercely loyal as a result. He is caring and understanding, as well as a little easily forgiving. Believing that all have good inside them, he will accept anyone into the Whispering Guard. Many of his children work for the Arcanist.

Whisper created the Whispering Guard himself, fashioning it into the appearance of a normal Fae nest. He has many enemies, and many clans are against his views. He does what he can to keep the location and missions of the Whispering Guard as secret as possible. The location changes often to ensure the safety of his warriors.
