shadow_1.png As Veresaun wandered through the sickening purple fog she found herself becoming more relaxed with her surroundings. Yet, the fae had been lost in the shadowy domain for nearly a month now. The lack of light had left her eyes half blind while the dragon repeatedly fought the fear of being sightless. She fluttered above the murky sludge beneath her. The tiny feet the female fae walked on normally were sore and wrinkled from the moisture.

Abruptly, a faint blue light caught her eye. Instinct began to course through the dragon's veins, the split second decision to follow the illuminating lure would define her fate forever. Hope poured in while the pines thinned, the bright blue glow of the mushrooms that panned into view lit up her path and the sky seemed to open up. Warmth flooded the tiny dragon's lungs as she gazed in awe at the sight before her.

Veresaun had found home.
