Hunter

Hunter once had someone to accompany her. The great rogue Verdix. Hunter met Verdix when he was but a mere child, abandoned by his parents for being to skinny. Hunter took it upon herself to protect him. Turns out not only did she protect him, but taught him to speak Draconic, the language of the dragons, and to use the power of nature. One day while they were hunting, Hunter lost Verdix, or so she thought until the wind told her he had turned invisible. She knew at that moment Verdix was a child of shadow, doomed to walk a demon's path. She then decided it was best to not tell him of what terrible fate lay ahead him. How wrong she was..... When Verdix was 15, he once again disappeared, but this time the shadows talked to him. He learned how to use the shadow. The shadow told him of what he truly was...... a human born of demons. It also told him Hunter deceived him. When he got back to the lair he dueled Hunter so he could leave her forever. He beat her so hard she nearly died. He then realized it was unnecessary and fled forever. Hunter to this day has forgiven Verdix and she is always asking the wind and the trees where he is. They respond he is hidden in the shadows....
