Sakura

This dragon was given up by a friendly neighboring clan. She seems sweet at first, but is actually a very devious prankster. She has had several close encounters with Ember, who is the most observant of the dragons. Most of which have ended in a singed body parts.

During a period when the clan was unstable, Sakura suggested The Rule of Three, where every nest with three or more eggs had to let the eldest become exalted or sold to another clan. It was approved somberly by the clan elders at the time, Littlewing and Brightshadow.
Here are the exact rules of the Rule of Three:

1. In a nest of three or more, one dragon (generally the eldest) must be exalted or donated to another clan.
   
2. Another dragon of that same nest can volunteer to take the place of the eldest if they desire to see the world or serve the Arcanist.
   
3. That dragon must reach adulthood and be named before joining the ranks of the Arcanist or another clan.

Sakura doesn't really like to talk about the children she had with Darkshimmer. It was a mistake on her part, she'll admit. She and Darkshimmer really thought that they were perfect together, but after their nest hatched, arguments tore them apart. Sakura found a better mate in Orion, and Darkshimmer found Calabaza.
