She remembered that day perfectly... how could she forget one of her happiest memories? She was walking through the waste lands when she heard crying. "What could that be?" she said looking for the source. Upon finding the source she saw a little red hatchling. "What are you doing out here all alone?" Darkness said to the hatchling. "Mama?" the hatchling said. "Oh little one i'm not your mama... but i will look for her." saying that Darkness hid the hatchling and flew off looking for her mother. Darkness did find her mother a short ways away but sadly she was dying... "What happened to you?" Darkness asked. "My clan is.. dying... Me and my child... only surviers... she is immune.. save her..Please!" on that last word the hatchling's mother was no more. After burying the dragon Darkness flew back to the hatchling. "Come out little one.."Darkness said softly. "From now on i will be your mother." Darkness said. "Mama?!" the hatchling said. "Yes.." Darkness said with a warmth in her heart.

Darkness was able to have babies awhile ago but now she no longer could and all her children were dead or left the clan. "Lets go.." Darkness said while picking up the hatchling. When they reached the lair all the dragon gathered around to see her and listen to what Darkness had to say. "What? How do you know she is immune?" "We should throw her back!" "Get rid of her!' 'Yeah!" all the clan mates shouted. Even though Darkness was the leader she could still be forced to remove the hatchling if everyone refused her. "Back off! Leave them alone!" Yelled Pecan. "If Darkness wants to keep her you all have No right to say no! She is our leader and has always kept the door open for any dragons, so why should this hatchling be any different!" said Pecan and with that everyone stopped yelling at Darkness and said sorry for how they acted all excpet one... "If none of you will kill it then i will!" said one male in the crowd as he stepped forward with his claws raised. Darkness stepped forward faster than lightning and blocked the attack, causing the scar on her eye. Turning to the hatchling Darkness said, "I will always protect you... Deathsnare."


Familiar: Darkness met her Familiar before she started her clan. Her familiar stayed with her though every battle and every thing good and bad that happened.
