Mourning

-Ghost-

Often referred to as the 'Ghost of the Jungle' by both humans and other animals. She has taken on somewhat of a persona based around this name and has since abandoned her birth given name. She was an experiment gone wrong while scientists were attempting to splice Barn Owl genes with those of a clouded leopard, they were hoping to only pass along traits but instead created Ghost in the process. She is more white colored then a normal clouded leopard with tawny feathers going down her back and neck. She has a pair of smaller feathered wings that she uses to glide and jump with, because of her bone structure she is unable to fly with them. Personality wise, she is a very elusive and sneaky creature. She is very wary of others and keeps to herself for the most part, she does not stay in one place for too long and is mostly active at night. She often appears when humans are either hunting or tearing down trees, she will attack them from the shadows so that the animal can get away or until the humans run off. Appearance wise, she looks like a fused Barn Owl and Clouded leopard. Her eyes are a dark black with flecks of golden Amber near the pupil, she has a grey beak and grey padded paws. The feathers around her neck are a tawny color with dark brown spots which also spread to her wings. Over her left eye there is a deep cut that has sliced through the eye, the eye has since "healed" itself but is a dull cloudy grey as it is blinded.

Human form-
(Middle thirties)
A shorter woman with pale skin and a heart shaped face. She has dark Amber eyes (except the grey eye) and still has the scar over her grey eye. She's often seen wearing a tawny leather like armor with fur around the collar.

-Augustine-

A shaman of sorts, Augustine holds herself in high regards in the jungle. She believes that in order to hold power, she must have both love and fear from others and she intends to do both. Born from the stars, she was created to help tend to a Voodoo Queens pet. She became much more then that, however, and by studying her master's rituals and incantations she was able to leave Haiti and move out towards the dense jungles. Both her eyes are a light green in color with no pupils, and always shine brightly when she finds something she wants. Of someone or something stand in her way, they'd either be stupid or ignorant because Augustine only asks once and will go to great lengths to keep her somewhat royal exterior. The bottom half of her is a snake (an albino ball python) while the top half of her is a Golden Tiger. Most come to her for spells or items to help them if they have a problem, oftentimes Agustine will gladly oblige for a price.

Human form-
(early thirties)
A taller woman with bright green pupilless eyes. Her bottom half is still that of a snake while her upper human half is golden skinned. She often wears rings and beads, and usually has her white hair tied back.

-Hemlock-


A very upbeat and somewhat charismatic Panther, Hemlock often finds himself in more trouble then he's worth. He is constantly running away from larger animals after upsetting them or hanging around the human villages that pollute the jungle. Really he just wants to make people happy but finds its rather hard to do so in a dog eat dog world. His eyes are a brilliant silver and contrast with his midnight colored coat. Most of the Times he can be found sleeping in large trees or wading through the rivers of the jungle. He can sometimes accidentally give out bad advice but he really means no harm, looking past his flaws one can see he's a fairly friendly panther. Its hard to be nice in the jungle, after all you'll never know who will stab you in the back.


Human form-
(middle twenties)
A taller lanky man with silver eyes and black hair. He often wear a all black and keeps a long grey scarf around his neck.
