The clan elders were a rather mysterious pair. No one knew for certain where they came from. Some say they hatched from eggs that fell from the cosmic depths beyond the sky, one as dark as the darkest night and the other as bright as a luminous star...
Sagittaire and his mate Denebola have been together for as long as they can remember, hatching somewhere in the wilderness of Sornieth and, as though by instinct, finding their way to the Starfall Isles. There's no better home for a pair like Sagittaire and Denebola. They could sense their powers aligning, becoming whole here. They began to gather their clan.

It has been a slow beginning. Sagittaire and Denebola prefer to stay close to their lair and aren't the most social of dragons. A few hatchlings were found and adopted into the clan. Some chose to stay, and, after a time, some chose to leave.
Eventually, a small, core group started to form. Inspired by the contrast of the two elders, Sagittaire representing night and Denebola representing the Sun and stars, the clan, though still united and whole, formed into two defined parts, The House of Night and the House of the Sun, with their leaders selected by the clan elders.

Rule of the clan is beginning to pass on to the Kings and Queens of Night and Sun as Sagittaire and Denebola, although still the foremost royal pair, act as advisors, providing wisdom and training for those who need it.
