Partner: Rhowen

One of the founding members of the clan and most well-respected. Along with her partner, Rhowen, the two are known as the power couple; the second-in-command, just behind the two elders. She works as one of the four Treasure Council members. Alongside her long-time friend and fellow founder, Aphrodite and (somewhat of a fashionista) Oceane, with newcomer Razelan. Together they trade, manage funds, mange resources and help make financial decisions for the clan as a whole - as the Treasure Council.


Rey is the acting leader of the TC, keeping her (often dramatic) friends in check. Regardless of her uptight and unwavering presentation she puts on, she is incredibly friendly, kind-hearted and loving, but a layer deeper, she has feelings of anxiety and problems with self-confidence. She feels she must maintain her uptight mask; to suppress herself in order to be worthy of her position on the clan. An easy-going, relaxed leader is no leader at all. She feels pride for doing this, and in turn feels shame for feeling pride. Yet Rey knows how to look her best. Wearing a fine blue silk dress, a butterfly mask and adorned in gold, her shining elegant high-ranked dragon presence is felt to anyone who passes her.


And then she feels bad about herself again since she is aware at least 3 others dragons have a secret crush on her partially because of her outward appearance, but she knows she can't talk about it since she knows anything she says will be spread and blown out of proportion.
Rhowen - Rhowen was with Rey from the start. From a young, passionate free-living couple to the power-couple of the clan. Rey has always gone to Rhowen, and Rhowen has always gone to Rey for any problems, concerns or hot new flaming gossip.
Aphrodite - Best friends for the longest time.
Oceane - Rey wasn't sure about the Nocturne at first, but Oceane's non-stop but intelligent mouth for aesthetic and colour as well as numbers has helped her more than she can imagine.
Blueberry - The only thing she sees problematic with Oceane is her partner, Blueberry.
Razelan - Known as "Zel" among those close to her, Rey very much appreciates and welcomes Zel's calmness. She reminds Rey of herself when she was younger.
