Microchip is the clans resident repairman and technological expert. While not being from one of the more tech savvy flights, he hails from a clan that formally took care of a small yet well functioning factory that would turn out defence robots to be bought and sold to smaller clans who could not afford to have dragons go out on their own to protect. When he decided to take his leave was the day when it finally clicked that he would be doing this for all of his life, day in and day out. He chose to stop immediately, and leave the factory. He was stopped, his very own creations beginning to turn his back on him along with everyone he knew. Within the process, he was hit with a magical spell that seemed to have little effect on him at the time, but as the moons pass he grows slowly weaker as the tips of his claws seep out every last little bit of life.

He came to the clan not long after the incident at the factory, coming only for supplies but staying after he found out they seemed to have just a pile of junk electronics that nobody could fix. Deciding that this would be a good place to stay, he began to fix and tinker to himself.
