Little is known about Fable's history before the Astraeus Clan , a friend-family of wandering seekers with high intellect, strong integrity, a craving for adventurous journey and yearning for deeper meaning to life.

Astraeus was formed the day Mhysa flew right into Fable, when he was preoccupied with a landing search and she with a cluster of black tulip petals being preened from her wingtips. Fable, having no idea she was a Princess, and rather unlike his nature, was quick to scold her (to cover his own embarrassment).

Mhysa, still heartbroken after fleeing her controlling father and losing all her loved ones in the process, had never been spoken to that way in her entire life! Just as she was about to land an indignant tail slap on Fable (who was still yammering on about "common flight courtesy") - it happened. The air suddenly became silent as their eyes finally locked on each other, an intriguing spark between them...it was a thrilling rush and they both felt it.

Mhysa's eyes dropped shyly (she had been taught better manners than to stare another dragon in the eye), and at that moment, looking at her long purple lashes and blushing cheeks, Fable quite literally fell head over heels in love. The two began to tumble to the ground, wings entangled, and it was quite a sight to see Fable spring into action and protect Mhysa by taking the brunt of the fall into a farming crop. After a moment of wiping rotala from their eyes and feathers, they took one look at each other and burst into laughter at the ridiculousness of it all.

The two have been inseparable ever since...too many moons to count. Thanks to their deeply compassionate nature, they began to form friendships with other wandering dragons and quite the collection of adoring familiars, helping all living creatures whenever an opportunity arose.
Both being humble and kind, it wasn't long before Fable and Mhysa fell into natural leadership roles, and the clan voted on the name "Astraeus" to identify themselves as knowledge and star seekers.

Peace, creativity, compassion and the thrilling pursuit of magic have evolved as the clans prevailing theme.

Clan Astraeus is currently inhabiting an unknown Island where seven astral suns provide perfect warmth and cheerful light, delicious seafood is in abundance, and the entire clan is enjoying quite a comfortable respite.
