Trefor

1/4 with his colors

Trefor was born into a happy clan of dragons who subsided off of bright, sugary foods that dragons shouldn't be eating on a daily basis. Because of generations of doing so their bodies had changed with their diet. The saddest of changes were shorter life spans and general lethargy but one of the cooler traits that gave this dragons their clan name was that they all shown brightly in various eyeburning colors. Everything from their wings to their nail tips glimmered brightly in the sun. They were beautiful and happy.
Trefor, however, was hit with a nasty wing sickness as a hatchling. His bright purple wings turned grey and frayed before he was even old enough to remember their original appearance. He was still a happy kid but the loss of his wings made him feel distinctly apart from others. Outsiders would wonder what was wrong with him and although his friends supported him he soon decided it was his time to move on from the clan (as many with his luck did). Trefor travelled far and wide, settling in places for some time before moving on. He found the Recant clan by following the nearby stream, who's water was sweeter then most, and decided to rest there for atleast a little bit. Despite having the intention of moving on one day Trefor has made himself a firm lair and even met a beautiful girl (although he'll be darned if he told you who).
