Vengeful. Proud. Cunning.

Once an honorable candidate for the position of the Royal Consort, Aberdeen has fallen far into the depths of failure. After hearing the news of Nebula's selection, Aberdeen, in a fit of rage, attempted to overthrow the Queen in his quest for power. How could he have not been selected? He was far more qualified for the position, having not only immense power but the grace and rhetoric to match, unlike that lovestruck fool, Nebula.

He quickly learned of his mistake when Nova, at the end of it all, simply whisked him away to the realm of the departed spirits, the Eternal Space, doomed to wander endlessly among the dead. He attempts to capture these departed spirits before attaining peace, turning them into vengeful ghosts to be unleashed back into the mortal realm.

Many stories are told of this failed usurper. Ranging from "that scary monster under the bed" to the personification of Death and Despair in some religious texts, none truly describe his form and actions as clearly as Sunniva, the Spirit's Guide. Only she knows the true horror that Aberdeen can wreak upon the spirits of the departed, having lost her own mate to his cunning ways.
