Khione
Blessed with the ability to control the cold, Khione can call up blizzards, ice, or snow. It is unsure why they live in the Scarred Wasteland, a place primarily covered in deserts, but some believe it to keep control of their powers. When angered or otherwise emotional, Khione can call up terrible ice storms that kill everything in their path. It is theorized that the heat of the Scarred Wasteland prevents this from happening. Khione is also careful to keep a cap on their emotions. Stoic and impassive, they are hard to read and even harder to understand. The only dragon that attempts to get a reaction from them is Vesta, but this is likely because her affinity to fire protects her to some extend from Khione's icy rage.
