Vance was brought to the clan of Stars and Signs as a hatchling after crying for his older twin sister who moved into the clan days before. The two were inseparable and his sister encouraged him to take up a career in trading. He stayed within the clan, selling to his clan mates who merely humoured him, buying his trinkets and berry juice. When he tried to expand he learned about the harsh truths of merchanting and aspired to make himself the best. He developed an extremely sassy attitude as a response to being treated like a child instead of a proper vendor. As he grew older he became more respected as a seller, if not very manipulative, but not before being made fun of for his youthful appearance. The clan formally acknowledged him by allowing him to become the treasurer. With his clan prospering thanks to him, he looked for more ways to make money. He began dabbling in the black markets and gained a small following. Before he knew it, he had become the boss of a mafia. He purchased a feral Imperial as his bodyguard and pet. His clan is none the wiser to his double life, which is how he would prefer it.
