Like many Wind dragons, Thyme spent his youth traveling. He visited and spent time with many different clans, helping them with hunting and gathering.

During his stay with a Nature Clan, he was instrumental in saving one of the Clan's hatchlings from certain doom. Because of his service, he was granted a boon from the Gladekeeper; Plants grow faster and stronger when he is around. However, for his powers to work, he must spend much of his time in the sunlight.

Thyme was staying with Hurricos when the schism between Porrim and her hatchlings occured, and it was he that suggested relocating to his original home in the Windswept Plateau.

Since moving, Thyme has decided to stay with Hurricos permanently, and now acts as their Garden Keeper.

He is easygoing, optimistic, and a bit scatterbrained.
