Thunderbird has a very mysterious aura to her, and doesn't make many of her interests or passions well-known to others. Sometimes, even her parents struggle to understand how she feels. She is almost like a nomad of sorts, and always enjoys venturing away from the clan and going on hikes, though she always comes back.
Roy decided to put this knowledge to use and assigned her the role of being a scout, or a dragon that seeks out other dragons that may be in need of a home (mainly those too sick or too old to care for themselves). With the other scouts of the clan, Thunderbird has found a handful of new clan members and even orphaned eggs and hatchlings who easily made new families within the clan.
She enjoys hot weather and basking in the desert sun. Her apparel and strange nature have even led some to compare her to a desert spirit when seen flying in the searing heat.
