Taro is a quiet and reserved Dragon. He is known for his authoritative and deep voice, as it seems to calm yet inform the Dragons around him. He's also extremely reliable, and very honest, feeling that is Clan is the most important thing to protect.

Taro can be almost shy at times, and he enjoys silence and peace, often isolating himself outside in the cold of the icefeilds they call home. He's more of a introvert, only briefly talking to Dragons other than his leader. He likes to be alone, feeling that it helps him focus on watching and waiting for intruders.

Occasionally he goes out hunting, because he thinks that asking for food from the Clan would be a nuisance to them. He also fends for himself quite well, and can survive outside without shelter or water for over two weeks. Some Dragons believe that he is very clever, because of that. He also keeps a journal, and writes in it every day.





Taro grew up in the Yuki Clan, as Yuta and Nami's first clutch of Hatchlings. Taro always looked up to his father, and wanted to travel the Southern Icefield. His father took him hunting often, showing him how the outside world was.

After a while, Taro started to explore outside on his own. He would often try to stay in other places for the night - but, of course, he was young then so he was always told to come back... Except for one day.

The night air was more chillier than usual, and Taro knew this was his time. He was going to travel.

He packed supplies and left, leaving a brief note for his family. Taro then traveled far and wide in the Icefields, exploring Clans and their traditions, and protecting their Clans at night. He then noticed that most Clans were unprotected, but none would accept him as a guard.

Taro then decided to return to the Yuki Clan and ask to permanently resign from living there. With some teary goodbyes, the Dragons said goodbye, and he went off to find a new Clan.

He was welcomed into what was known as the Ice Orphanage or the Ice Watcher clan, a home for wayward dragons and chicks who are looking for a new home.

Taro continues to scout out new territories for his clan, happy with his family. Spirit his wife is as loyal as any dragon and their children Marbles and Slipstream have grown up well. Currently, Slipstream has followed his mother's footsteps whilst Marbles accompanies her father and the other scouts, serving as guard and courier of information that has been gathered due to her skills in flight. Their other children, Noctilucent, Mammatus, and Typhoon have not yet found a job in the clan that suits them.

Both he and spirit are expecting many new hatchlings and the clan plans to accept them with open arms due to them being the first new chicks born into the clan in months.
