Ricin

Though an effort was made to keep the legends of Sornieth and the fates that had befallen the first litter of Arsenic and Hemlock, the twins of the second batch were instead quickly informed by village elders of these things. Though Sornieth at first piqued their interest, especially upon hearing their elder brother had found a forever home and was doing well for himself there, the news of their sister changed that. The thought of her leaving home and finding what was promised to be solice, only to be betrayed and captured and sold into servitude haunted the hatchlings' dreams and it stuck with them for the rest of their lives. Ricin, even at such a young age, was angry. Angered by the thought of these strangers that dare do something to a member of his family that he had never met and now never would. Under the guidance of the only male guardian on the isles, he trained his body and mind for battle, fully intending to track down the dragons that would dare commit such a crime, and end them. While his mother remains proud of his feats, Ricin's father, brother and even other residents of the isles could detect the hatred brewing within him. Nonetheless, none seek to stop him on his ventures to Sornieth. Will his travels lead him to a home that can help him cope with his rage, or will it consume him and lead him towards the Shade?
