Biography
Carmine is the clan's lead warrior, although she rarely sees war herself these days. As one of the clan's elders, her main responsibility is to guide Sovereign as his military advisor, and also to oversee the clan's defence corps.
Back in the day, before she found herself in Lightning territory, she was involved in skirmishes all across Sornieth. She originally hails from the Starfall Isle, but left there in her youth to travel the world. Her years of wandering as a nomad taught her everything she knows about survival. She encountered other travellers on her journey, dragons hailing from every corner of the world, and from them she learnt how to fight, how to attack and defend, how to strategise. She discovered a deep passion for tactical thinking.
In her fifth year of life, she decided it was time to settle down. Years of battling have taken their toll; scars cover every inch of her body, and her joints ache when the weather is bad. She lost a few chunks from her wings over the years, and nowadays when she flies (rarely) she has to beat a little harder with her left side so she doesn't start banking to the side.
In her free time - when she's not on duty protecting the clan - she enjoys bitter black coffee, and playing chess with the palace librarian.
