Inspirational Music: Mother of the Sea
Born to Poseidon and Blossom on the first day of the Wavecrest Saturnalia, Jubilee was destined to be infatuated with the ocean. Despite not being born of the Water Flight, she spends most of her time in the water with the fish and other ocean life further up the shoreline from the Frostwind Lair where water's are warmer. Because she was so good at hunting seafood for the lair, Jubilee remained in Frostwind while her siblings were trained and sent to the exalted collective.

Only when she has exhausted herself from swimming does she return home to her parents to snuggle up with them and slumber through the night. But once the light has touched the edge of the Lair's edge, she is up and racing; flying towards the entrance and out to her favorite swimming spot. Her mantle is used for rounding up fish at the end of her day to bring back to the lair for dinner carried delicately in strong jaws.

Jubilee is a good-hearted dragoness with a smile often found upon soft features. When she isn't swimming, she enjoys playing with the new hatchlings that are born before they are sent off to their future homes. A care-taker by nature she is very affectionate and caring over the younger residents of Frostwind until they are strong enough to go out on their own. Words of encouragement are given when they are afraid to leave their parents, telling them that their greatest adventure is only beginning.
