Jemer has always lived her life in the Arcanist's realm and lives to race the other dragons in the Starfall Isles. However, she has never been able to outrun one of the Focal Point's mysterious flying meteorites. She can't stand to be holed up in a study, studying spells and reading old texts. While Jemer does know her fair share of magic, she likes the air rushing past her face and the thrill of winning a race or tracking down the comet.

Many dragons ask her why she hasn't yet moved to The Windswept Plateau because of her love of flight and the rushing wind, and she always answers "because of the Comets." She is loyal to the Arcanist and the Starfall Isles for sure, but she is even more loyal to her dream of finally catching one of the comets.

Jemer works extremely hard to fly faster and won't give up on a challenge. She isn't a very egotistical nor does she care about her appearance too much, however, she does make sure whatever she is wearing doesn't at all interfere with her speed. She knows that one day she will achieve her dream of catching that meteorite, comet, whatever-it-is, what she would do after that, well she's not sure.
