Sunny

The Painter
Plant: Sunflower
Story: Sunny was the daughter of two clan artists, both at the bottom of their current clan. Woven into her nest were sunflowers, as they believed a hatchling would "bring sunshine to their lives". As both parents were pacifists and artists, Sunny quickly grew up in their footsteps. Never once did she want to battle for ranking in the clan. In fact, she was happy being a lowly painter, decorating the caves of the more aggressive dragons. This led to her being harassed by her stronger clanmates, as she had no intention of lashing back out. It wasn't until she caught Vera's eyes that everything began to change for her, and the pair quickly left to form a clan of their own.

Sunny is a little bit more sensitive than most, and so she helps handle the emotional problems within the clan. Vera calls her the mindhealer as a joke, but much of that statement is true. As Sunny herself as been into lows and bouts of worthlessness, she knows how that might feel for other dragons. Her bright disposition helps her friends open up to her. While Vera might be the leader of the clan, Sunny is the heart.
