Ishtar

While Ishtar may have been born to the southern icefields, she never felt entirely tied to them. Just like the general nature of her kind, though, she loves to collect ancient artifacts. When nestling into a new home, she will methodically arrange different fossilized specimens into an aesthetically-pleasing line-up.

Upon arriving on the shores of the thousand-currents sea, she could sense she was a least a little bit closer to her purpose. Perhaps she was, and might still be, too young to tell what that would be, but she sees promise in mediating between different political parties. That being said, this promising opportunity of being an ambassador captured her interest and sparked some sort of drive deep in her (living) bones.
