Lexis

Lexis is a curious story of sorts. Daughter of Jotham and Laurna she has an image to uphold as the child of the clan leaders. But thats never stopped her from standing out like a sore thumb. She is always found frolicking in the lake that the cliff side dens overlook day or night rain or shine. Her fascination with the water always had Laurna worried. She soon became well known for her swiftness in the water and being able to stay under for so long. And with her colorings and her scales she was hard to spot as well once under the water as light would reflect off her giving the illusion of water. When she started to take an interest in magics she would pester Prince and all the other scholars of the clan over and over asking specificaly about water magics. Being a mixed clan of many magic types she never had the mindset of "light is only to be light" but being as diverse as the clan was a water magic user they didnt have. So she went about practicing on her own to try to figure it out. This is the result of her current appearance with her scales ever shifting in colors and giving the illusion of her body being made of ever shifting water. While practicing one of her spells rebounded and affected her in such a matter thankfully not making her lose her solid form however the change was only visual of her scales as they just shift in colors and swirls. Because of this she is even harder to find once in the water and she delights in pranking the newborns of the clan and even the adults by splashing water at unsuspecting dragons.
