Koromo was born with a strange lack of magic, not even gifted with his elemental birthright. This was discovered early on, but it wouldn't be until later that he would realize his lack of magic was progressing. Dragons near Koromo have a hard time practicing magic on him, and even spells cast by creatures have increasingly little affect. This makes him uniquely suited to handle cursed objects, which become inert while in his claws. He's gathered quite the hoard of them.
