Wizard scuttled up to Turin, an odd colored
egg in his claws. "Why hello, Turin. Are Senpai and
Gurthang around?" The black guardian shook his
head slowly side to side, trying not to jostle the
nest that rested on top of his head.

"Well then, I'll just have to do this without them."
Wizard flew up over Turin's head. "What exactly
are you doing? You better not be hurting those babies."

"Not at all! A friend over in a Plague clan gave this
to me, claiming it can instantly hatch eggs. All I have to
do is..."

"Stop right there!" Turin's faced look mortified. "How do
you know it works? Shouldn't you wait on the parents?"

"Nah, it'll be fine-they'll thank me later." Wizard swiftly
flew down and placed the odd colored object in the nest.
All was silent for a moment, but then the eggs started
quivering and cracking. "I'll be darned, it does work!
Let me take some notes." Turin just stared at the small
pearlcatcher, jaw dropped in horror.

After a few minutes, the pearlcatcher turned to go. "What
am I supposed to do with them? I'm not their parents."
Turin frowned, eyes glancing up to the three little brown
nocturnes now moving around, shaking pieces of egg shell
off. Wizard just shrugged. "Not my problem, all I did was hatch
them."

At least the hatchlings were none the worse for being
hatched early. Their parents taught them the trade of baking,
however, this one didn't seem all too interested in staying around.
Bidding his parents farewell, he flew around Sornieth to find
a new lair to call home. He can't wait to learn new skills in yours! 		Boon of Fertility
