Bought during 2016 Wavecrest Saturnalia.

WELL I started writing a bio then bonded with his familiar like an idiot. Ugh.
What I had so far:
Grew up in tropical water Clan that had a somewhat uneasy truce with the local maren, but grew up visiting them and making friends.
Clan underwent leadership change, and that leader wanted to dissolve the truce, and so did enough dragons to be a problem.

Clan maybe decides on some kind of underhanded attack to start things off
Riptide is like "are you serious" and defects to fight on the maren's side, probably along with some other dragons.
The battle still sucks but not quite as badly
Obvs Riptide isn't going back to his clan
Maren clan and Riptide head to Clan Tigris waters? Or Riptide headed there but maintains contact with the maren?

Meets Sunstrike at some point, pretty sure they become boyfriends. Would still like to include Coridanys in his lore though so I'll figure out timelines on that.
