History
Huntsman isn't very open about himself and his past. He joined the clan at some point and immediately filled the role of the hunter due to his affinity for it. No questions asked. Of course, since he was handling food, he was monitored fairly closely at first. In particular, Lyddi took up watching him. Though she is a healer, Soleil got her start with poisons from somewhere and that let Lyddi know what to watch for. While it did agitate Huntsman at first, he eventually got over himself and continued with what he was doing.

Somehow, the two had actually grown rather close at one point, ending up as mates for a handful of years. However, they separated and went their own ways after decided they'd rather just stay professional. With no ill feelings, the two occasionally stop to chat. Out of their several children together, only one ended up staying as the rest decided they wanted to move on. As a result, you can sometimes see Huntsman and Caelen around each other, either bonding or simply enjoying each other's presence.

There are few other dragons that can tolerate Huntsman's prickly demeanor. While he has a smidge more patience for those who are on the more serious end, even they tend to annoy him. He prefers not to waste time and time spent not working tends to be wasted time. The only time he finds an exception to that is spending time with Lyddi and Caelen.
