Biography
First Gen2 | Mate | Daughter | Daughter | {Generations}
At an early age Andala vowed to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a powerful healer. She had to be powerful enough to earn recognition from her parents - not an easy feat as the fourteenth child. She decided to train in the Viridian Labyrinth near a section of ley lines where her magic was the strongest. Eventually she was confident enough to put her training to the test; she traveled across the labyrinth offering her services to clans under constant Serthis attack. Her original intention was to become the primary healer in one of the clans, but she didn't take into account that those clans would already have established healers in order to survive for so long. Shortly after getting rejected for the fourth time, Andala ran into a patrol on their return home. They hailed from a clan called Arboreus, one she'd never heard of before. She decided to try her luck there and requested permission to follow the patrol back. |
Legacy of Light
The Chronicler raised his right hand to the sky, claws upturned and pinched together. Motes of light became visible and gravitated towards his clawtips. When the light became so bright that Andala was about to look away, the Chronicler slowly pulled apart his claws to reveal the image of a female plague coatl. Andala nodded absently, completely enthralled by the technique used to display the lovely Coatl's visage. |
The Chronicler pinched his claws together and the image dissipated into light motes. "Then I am sure you will have no complaints working under her?"
This made Andala pause. She hadn't considered the possibility of working with a member of the plague flight, let alone a fairly well-known one. "If that's what you wish, then I have no qualms about it." She tried not to fidget under the Chronicler's gaze.
"Before you go join your new mentor, there is the matter of your lineage." The Chronicler removed from his belt a tome emblazoned with the light symbol. "We Keep track of lineages in order to reunite family members if they happen to pass though here. We try to go a minimum of three generations back and offspring. We will start with the easy one; do you have any offspring?" |
"I see," He said finally, "then I expect great things from one so close to the Lightweaver."
Maybe it was her imagination, but Andala thought she heard a hint of sadness in the Chronicler's voice.
