Reed is quite the wild character. Her voice is hoarse, her tone is commanding, but you have no idea what she's saying. It sounds like regular draconic, but she's definitely throwing in words that she made up, or that you've never heard before.
She stomps around the lair, muttering and snatching up discarded objects left and right and putting them in her pockets, these items are probably doomed to being reduced in her cauldron later. Lately she has been taking extra care to wear rubber gloves and a mask, and wash her brewing spoons vigorously, out of paralyzing fear of the Bogsneak Mutagen. Reed had always hated such restricting apparel items, but now she bears no hesitation to putting them on before every experiment. She hasn't spoken with Baldwin since he began his mutation, when before; she and him had been very close.

Her job as witch doctor is different from just regular herbalism, while a default herbalist like Kaya would focus of the healing abilities of plants, Reed focuses also on their supernatural abilities. Her home is a cave windcarved into a pillar in the Reedcleft Ascent, it has heavy animal hides covering the entrance, and the inside is lit with potted Dayglo Thresh plants and shelves full of pickled glowshrooms. Recently, she hired a young Coatl, Gywnn, as her apprentice. Though she tries to hide it, she is extremely fond of Gywnn, and really appreciates her company. |
