Dorian

Isaura gave him the hat. Presumably Aphrodisia made it, because it's the same pattern as Cebrian's, but giving it to Dorian was 100% Isaura's idea. It surprised everyone but the Pearlcatcher when the vain Imperial put it on.

Dorian says the peacock firebird reminds him of someone and takes very good care of him.
