For all her formidable stature and strength, Celebra is an easygoing sort who wields her sword with more joy than duty. Her first impulse is always to act on what she wants and her wants are in turn as fickle as the breeze, making her unpredictable and, at times, irresponsible. Her adventurous spirit and over-abundance of bravery make her an excellent explorer and front-line fighter though, and she makes up for her easily distracted nature by reacting very swiftly to changes.

Her simple, easy demeanour and love of open skies belies her upbringing: Celebra was raised strictly within the busiest city of the Windswept Plateau, the Cloudsong. Despite having the energy to match the bustling place, she and her siblings were kept close at home where they were schooled and trained rigorously in preparation to serve their deity. It was the highest honour, she was assured continuously, but as time went by it became one she wasn't sure she wanted. Her doubt built until one day, passing near the edge of the city, she simply decided to leave. With only her sword on her back, she flew out over the endless steppes and did not look back once.

Her combat skills turned to hunting and the odd bit of mercenary work. Eventually a bounty-hunting job gone wrong would see her injure a Spiral she should not have, and be consequently taken down herself. Weeks of recovery would turn to months of loitering, until she became part of the fledgling clan who'd both wounded and nursed her.
