Skimmer loves to dive through the shallow waters of the Gladeveins to look for valuables and pretty stones.

He is quite a solitary dragon. At times, he unsettles the other clan members, as he seems to be unable - or unwilling - to talk or make any other attempt at communication. But sometimes he gifts little gems and stones he found to the other dragons, presumably as a sign of his appreciation.

When he does decide to help with the clan's daily supplies, he manages to fetch more than any other dragon. It seems that his love for gathering stones has also sharpened his eyes for the shimmering scales of fish.

His best friend - if he even has such - would be Umbala. They don't exactly interact a lot, but Umbala can often be spotted following and watching Skimmer from the treetops, and every now and then Skimmer would check if his companion is still around.
