This poorly-named former Skydancer first joined the Mistral Precinct after being talked out of exalting himself to the Gladekeeper. Despite his Plague origins, Caribbean loves gardening and loves all of nature, even the ugly bits. In fact, he sometimes has an almost morbid fascination with the ugly bits.

Caribbean loves his mate, Harmonia, even though she’s irrevocably corrupted by arcane forces. However, he struggles to get along with his stepson, Kiano. He cares about Kiano and wants to be father to him the same as if they were related by blood. However, Kiano wants nothing to do with him, and thinks he’s a complete weirdo.

Caribbean serves as the Mistral Precinct’s Nature ambassador and “plant whisperer”. Even though Udast is the groundskeeper, Caribbean “feels” the plants in their territory and can predict things like rain, droughts, blights, and locusts. His presence also seems to naturally make fruit grow larger and more plentiful, so that’s a plus.
