Tobais (Flying Ace)
Tobias was raised in such an environment where everyone followed orders, and dragons rarely pushed boundaries. When he became of age, he had his entire life script foretold as was normal. It was entirely taboo to question the seer's prophecy, but as he grew older, Tobias wondered if the elders were ever wrong or inaccurate. In short, he grew to despise the fate bestowed upon him. He felt controlled and manipulated. His clan duties were nothing like what he actually wanted to do at all. Tobias had a fierce and free spirit. He didn't want anyone telling him what he could or couldn't do. So, he broke the mold. He rejected the elder's judgment, fled to the surface, and never looked back.
True to his heritage as a Skydancer, Tobais feels free and alive soaring through the clouds. When he's aloft on his lithe and feathery wings, he becomes invigorated with new energy that compels him to fly faster, and faster. It gives him the bravery to pull off reckless stunts and terrifying feats. He also challenges other confident dragons to race him. His natural agility as a skydancer makes him a formidable rival.
In the air, Tobais feels unstoppable. However, he feels less than stellar with his claws in the dirt. He gets anxious if he must remain grounded for an extended period of time. In the air, he is confident and bold. On the ground, he feels hesitant and meek.

History:
Tobias was raised in a clan from the water flight. In his home, a commonplace ritual took place for each and every dragon entering the clan.This tradition applied to all hatchlings coming of age, and also any outsiders, although those were rare. The wisest and eldest dragon, administered this trial. As clans of the Water flight, they subscribed verily to the predetermination of fate. That is, every incoming dragon had its future foretold by the clan elder, or seer, before they could be accepted as a full-fledged member of the clan. He currently serves as a scout for Galtus' guard. He routinely patrols the outskirts of their territory, and he is expected to report anything unusual or suspicious. Since he doesn't serve any vital functions or duties within Reyna's clan, he is regarded as an outsider and expendable by most of the clan.
Personality:
Tobais is a fierce and free spirit. He can't sit still for long, and he is always pushing his luck pulling off daring aerial stunts.
