Biography
Shadow was given his name for his 'shadowy' underbelly. Having been born into a light clan, he always was teased for being named as such, seeing as how it is also the name of an entirely different clan. His butterfly wings, while beautiful didn't exactly help. As he grew up, he developed coping skills, such as blending into shadows. He found that he was actually quite skilled at this and started to embrace his name, instead of loathe it. The other dragons who had made fun of him, learned to regret doing so, as he would retaliate towards them by using his gift and playing various pranks on them, often leaving them looking like fools. He found himself being reprimanded by elders of the clan, and eventually decided to head out on his own to see the world and find his place in it. Others tried to recruit him to fight wars but his interest was not in killing but in protecting. This is a distinction which seemed to be quite clear to him, but found that others simply couldn't understand. He decided to travel the world, protect those who do not know how to protect themselves and teach others how to.
