Arcana

Arcana grew up with his father travelling between the clans. He was proud to help and loved nothing more. As they journeyed through The Shifting Expanse, he came across an orphaned dragon barely younger then he. Arcana, unable to leave her behind brought her back to his home clan. She was named Aide for her love of helping those around her. They had many children together, most choosing to leave the clan in search of their own destiny.

Bling, their third son had moved clans after a tearful farewell. Arcana and Aide watched him go and sadly returned to their everyday life. After years of waiting for news of his new clan, they finally received it. Bling had been exiled. Aide immediately flew away to find her son and never returned.

Since Aide's departure, Arcana has retired from travel choosing instead to became a recluse, swearing to never see the world without his mate.

Years later Tsunami and Darkdream, Arcana's grandchildren had found their way home. They brought words of safety of Bling, but nothing of Aide.

He spends his days sitting in his cave alone, waiting for the day his mate might return.
