Biography
According to Masika, during the age of the humans there existed a galaxy known as the Milky Way Solar System. The system was said to have formed from a big explosion, allowing for the creation of stars, meteors, planets, and so forth. Elements from the stars of said system, Masika claimed, were in each and every being of the world, for it was the astral objects themselves that possessed life force and made living possible.
Nearly every dragon of Paridal Winds has heard Masika tell this tale, but most don't hold any interest in such matters, nor do they take the topic seriously. Most, except for a curious Wildclaw hatchling brought to the clan by Vision one day. The young dragon, who was more than happy to be Masika's new audience, was so fascinated by the story that he eventually claimed the name Milkyway for himself.
From then forward, Milkyway had always taken an interest in space and was even able to acquire his own collection of astronomy scrolls after a few trips with Masika to the marketplace. The two still regularly go scroll-shopping together, something akin to a father-son activity, even as Milkyway has grown old enough to go on his own.
When he isn't engulfed in galactic research, Milkyway aids in the clan's scavenging division. Using his knowledge on the positions of stars, he makes sure his team keeps precisely on trail when exploring outside of familiar territory.
