Biography
This dragon themes Jagage,a character I created!
This character's design is based on Jagoda,one of the leaders of Soviet GPU(KGB,adapted in 1950s, is a better known name for this agency) during the darkest period of Soviet history-The 1934-1939 massacre called Bolishaya Chistka(Большая чистка),which was started by Stalin to stay in absolute power.Jagoda himself signed thousands of orders of execution during the massacre,but,unlike his predecessers,Yezhov and Beria,he also tried his best to save some lives.Jagoda was a bad-tempered(but to some degree,hard-working) bureaucrat,suffering from the sequel of tuberculosis.
Jagage has the power to use visualized Red Tape to constrian his opponents,but he himself will also be tangled up by the tape(Just like how bureaucratisim works).Throwing piles of paperworks toward opponent can be threatening too,as bureaucratism never have enough paperworks.What's more,the official stamp on his right palm can ban a person from moving or using skills.He can also use official annoucements to set buffs or debuffs.
When Jagage is angry,he can shoot out pulse of anger.And when his anger reaches the top,he'll transform into a red tiger with long,saber-like teeeth and covered with spines.The tiger form will not have human form's memories,while human form knows what tiger form did.Tiger form can only last for 5 minutes,and is extremely health-damaging.The term "Tiger" is used by Xi Jinping,the present chairman of China CPC,referring to those corrupted officials who are at the upper stage of hierachy.
Jagage is a strict rule-keeper.Anyone who break the rules will make him mad(Similar to Byelikov,a character created by A.Chekhov in the short passage The Man in a Case,but more aggresive,obviously).Yet he has his own principles.Though hard to interact,Jagage,to tell the truth,wants a friend who shares the same point with him.
