Biography

Beval ~ Wind Ambassador

Tertiary Gene: Opal
[nextcol]
Shimmering Cloth Wind Runestone
Beval was saved on accident from a clan that used his wind-magic prowess for military gain. Lithian totally didn't mean to unearth the sinister plans behind the clan's kind visage, but they did, and when they fled, they took Beval with them. Also completely on accident.

To say Beval is loyal to Lithian's cause is a grave understatement.

Currently, Beval serves the clan in the only way he completely knows how: He's a Wind ambassador, caretaker, and storyteller. It's a good life, keeping hatchings occupied and passing on the lessons he's learned the hard way. His closeness to his element gives him a unique appreciation of both family and adventure, and something about his silly, extra-trilly accent makes the stories more amusing for the hatchlings he looks after.[/columns]

Original Bio:

Gentleness isn't an attribute that an advisor for a military kingdom would typically have, but Beval is a rather passive soul. By far the least bloodthirsty member of the Twelve Houses, one would hardly think Beval as dangerous, but his mastery over the Wind element is virtually unmatched. The coatl is capable of manipulating wind at will, creating powerful gusts of wind that can scatter an opposing army in seconds, among other things.

However, when not in battle, Beval can usually be found among other dragons. By far the most social of the Twelve Houses, he's rarely at his own island, opting to spend his time among others. His favorite activity is entertaining hatchlings, usually using his magic to impress them.

While he has seen battle, he's still rather naive, often painfully so. The Queen is careful to hide the horrors of war from him to keep his unwavering loyalty towards her intact. As far as he's aware, he's just knocking a few dragons off balance, that's all.
