For all intents and purposes, Mulder is a genius. Unfortunately, his intellect generally leads him to anti-social behavior and paranoia. Often he unintentionally frightens the dragons around him with a combination of his strange demeanor and bizarre interests. Though just as often he'll intentionally scare a peer with morbid humor. Perhaps it's a coping mechanism, perhaps he genuinely revels in the cross looks and whispers that follow him, likely a combination of both.

He was doomed to oddity from the start, his father was a powerful shade worshipper and his sister disappeared when he was young. His unfortunate upbringing drove him to study and obsess over the darkest elements of magic, life before the twelve deities, and even the supposed existence of extraterrestrials.

Alongside his mate and confidant, Scully, Mulder spends his time researching various mysteries across Sorienth.
