Name: Norice

Powers: Prophecies through tarot readings. Somehow the reading ends up always being true.

Details: Norice actually came to the institute, and proclaimed she had lost her memory - all of it - except her name. Now she stays at the institute due to being homeless, with the promise that she'll always be available for "future studying" (which is typically more tarot readings). A bit lower on the totem pole of employees since she's not technically employed or being paid. Mostly keeps the building clean, helps Nissa quite a lot.

For some reason the tarot cards cannot be separated from her. Experiments where destroying the cards or hiding them someplace where they cannot be retrieved (like burning them or burying them in solid concrete), don't work. The next day the cards will be in her possession again.
