Aviri

Aviri was one of two hatchlings to come from the same egg. The two baby dragons were exactly the same in colouring and personality. The only difference between them was their gender. Aviri was born male, but his egg mate was female. They did everything together and were inseparable. They even went into training together under their father.

Together Aviri and his sister worked exceptionally hard at their training. They devoted all of their time and energy into learning every strategy and maneuver possible. On the battlefield the twins were a deadly duo, always fighting together and felling anything they came across. Not even their father was capable of facing both on the field. However, alone they were useless. One could not function without the other and was easily beaten. Despite their father's constant demands that they learn to fight alone they never did learn. So, they remain together, but the twins are not someone you would want to cross.

Aviri is very much like his sister. He is quite serious and dedicated to his work as a fighter. He recognizes that taking a life is no easy task, but it is something that must be done all of the time. There is a ceremony, an art, to taking a life. Aviri is more willing than his sister to end another dragon's life, but it is still not something he will do without consideration. There is never a kill he will regret.

This was, tragically, not enough, though. During one of their battles in The Viridian Labyrinth, the two tragically because separated. Distraught, Aviri tried his hardest to find his sister, but she was no where to be found. Knowing that she was also looking for him, his search took him far and wide. Eventually, he found his was to Oresia, where one of the dragons convinced him that maybe the best way to find her was to wait for her. If he was really home, she would eventually find her way to him.
