She carries herself like a queen, but comes in at only 5'3. She has thick black hair that gleams navy and violet in the sun like a crows feather, and keeps it in a braided rope down her back. Calluses on her hands make them rough, and though slender are strong as steel. A very long scar stretches from her hip upwards to her chest, and she doesn't speak of where it came from. Recently she has put in a request for a tattoo. |

Personality
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯It's a crying shame if she deals with a weak-willed dragon. Eydis is as hard as they come, blunt and to the point. She has a soft spot for women with small children, as she wants her own family soon. Her tongue is sharper than her sword, and she doesn't back down if a tedious conversation turns violent. Fiery despite the snowy climate, she is stubborn and ignores her own safety even if the outlook is bleak. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Early Years
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯Eydis spent her childhood in constant competition with Amyntas. Her earliest memory is an archery lesson from an elder warrior, and losing to her brother. It seems that since then their rivalry is unlike that of any other pair. When she wasn't learning practical skills like fighting, hunting, and sewing, Eydis could be found in the library. The librarian was always happy to have her there, and took great pride in her skills in reading and writing. At one point she was considered in line for the job, but ultimately was given the position of Advisor when her parents passed. Collecting small stones from the beaches became somewhat of a habit. During her mischievous phase, Amyntas and she would have separate walks on the beach with their parents, who would scold them and try to turn the experiences into lessons. Eydis didn't pay much attention to what they were saying, and focused mostly on nodding at the appropriate times and collecting pretty rocks as she went. |

╰━━━━━━━━━╯Eydis serves the clan as Mistress when the Master Amyntas isn't at home. She governs the clan with an iron fist and only allows for sympathy after the fact. She is a fair ruler. When Amyntas is on land at home, she acts as his advisor and confidant. A superb shieldmaiden, she doesn't shy away from bloodshed. Recently, however, her duties are leaning towards that of family rather than the clan. |
