- th sickliest bab - not sure if she was born pale nd exiled or if her plumage is just constantly faded bc she never stops being ill - the gembond doesnt help, obv - everyones like "im so sorry" nd shes like "buddy i stg i will fling bits of my gembond at u if u do not shut ur frick" - looks like a delicate flower but has th stubbornness of a fckign bull - vesper's assistant. met him during a visit to arcane territory. was probs searching for a magical cure for her never-ending stream of Frick nd instead got landed w/ a secretarial position nd a promise of help that has yet to be followed through on. has stuck w/ him during his time in plague territory bc she figures that she can't possibly get much worse, nd that if she catches anything she'll probably be able to handle it. plus, if plague is th source of all weird sickness, she might have a better chance of finding some sort of cure. - doesn't trust vesper much, but trusts everyone else even less, w/ th exception of deadlight bc they're both from th same flight nd suffering from near-constant physical ailments. his legs keep him from walking properly, her gembond keeps her from flying properly. they get together nd gripe abt things. - she's not paranoid but she is p judgemental nd skeptical of th goodwill of others - doesn't believe the world is out to get her, but doesn't think it's exactly trying to do her any favors, either - hopped up on dragon painkillers like, ALL th time - burns incense while she works nd while she sleeps to help w/ head fog nd general aches, nd to keep out the smell of the plaguelands which she swears she can pick up on even in the deepest parts of the caves - probs hypersensitive to light nd sounds nd smells - is having a miserable time of things, basically - working w/ vesper on magical stuff in a dark nd quiet cave is actually th best possible place she could've ended up nd she's having a much better time than she was back in arcane territory. nobody thinks she's an abomination. verdi is maybe a bit too enthusiastic abt testing but at least it's positive attention. |
