Tartarus…the Carca Clan’s most brutal assassin. Abandoned as a hatchling, Tartarus began life fending for himself. He became a thief, his daring and agility serving him well until one day the leader of an assassin’s guild saw potential in the young dragon and took him back to their headquarters. The guild members took Tartarus under their wing, and Tartarus was thus initiated into a shadowy underworld of danger and death. He learned the craft of assassination, showing great promise, and eventually began taking on solo missions for the guild’s wealthy clients. One winter day, upon returning from such a mission, he walked into the guild’s headquarters to find every member of the guild slaughtered by a rival assassin clan. Alone, he carried out a mission of deadly revenge against this clan for taking away the guild that had raised and taught him. With nothing left to tie him down, he began to travel through Sornieth. He offered his skills to whoever had the coin to make it worth his time, before eventually making a home with the Carca Clan. While he still takes on solo missions, he also dedicates some of his time to training new assassins in the clan. He is one of Carca's most long-time members, showing unwavering loyalty to the outcast clan who has given him a home.
