Cas was born not long after his mother and clan arrived at Thundering Falls. Cas has few memories of his father, most of which are just from his mother Sail telling him stories of the father that went to find a home elsewhere. He grew up with Jaspers serving as his father figure, so when the imperial became his mothers mate Cas was surprisingly okay with it, given his protective personality. Sail had many children before becoming mates with Jaspers, though only one of her other children remain in the valley. Tripping, Cas's younger brother, drives the older skydancer up a wall. The two have never gotten along, though recently the tension has become higher than ever. The two fight near constantly, and the only dragon thats able to break it up is Trip's mate Eliza. Cas hardly leaves his library, his face either stuck in a book or writing. Despite this, however, his electrical magic is obviously strong, as the air around his wings buzzes lightly and sparks when he's angry.

Mother The biggest influence on his life, Sail raised Cas with all the morals he believes in and is always there for him.
Step Father His step father and clan leader, Jaspers has done his best to raise Cas and the younger dragon quietly respects him for it.
Younger Brother Cas' rival and irritating little brother, Trip and Cas get along none, though recently Cas' agression has tripled towards him.
Adopted brother A young dragon who is new to Thundering Falls, Revered has been adopted into Cas' family and the older dragon often has the pearlcatcher reading in the library he tends to.
Sister-in-Law A gentle and kind dragon, Eliza was thought to have been Cas' future mate, and might have been, if Trip hadn't stepped in and forced her into a relationship with himself.
Best Friend A gentle, mute dragon, Moonlace is Cas' best friend and is always there to listen to him, being a great listener no matter the problem.
Friend A very smug and prideful dragon, Aoba is a vampire friend from Cas' stay at Grimdark hollow, though not everyone understands how the two became friends.
