As a maker of fine, extravagant jewelry, Aryen prides himself on their attention to detail. Whether they're fashioning a multi-karat diamond necklace or a simple moonstone charm, this dragon always knows how to make something look elegant. He's never far from his jewelry workshop where he tinkers late into the night. Their clanmates wonder if they get any sleep at all. The answer is often inconclusive. Besides, what's eight, nine hours of shuteye compared to the look on a fellow dragon's face when they receive the most gorgeous circlet they've ever seen? This Coatl is always interested in seeing the fruits of their labor and luckily for the jeweler, there is no delayed gratification.

Aryen prides himself on his discerning eye for color and his skill with uncut stones. They can take the roughest-looking gem and make it into something extraordinary. There's something special about finding beauty and shine where previously there was little. Aryen truly loves a challenge. Because of this, they will often purposefully take on the most taxing commissions. He's very much aware that his skill is a superfluous one. Their clanamtes don't need fancy jewelry to survive. They answer this quandary with the knowledge that things do not have to be useful for people to enjoy them. Life should be more about survival, and there's no shame in taking the time to appreciate pretty things. Luckily, there are many in the clan who enjoy sparkling treasures, so this Coatl will always have something exciting to work on.
